Water Safety Groups (WSG) in the NHS are a key tool to managing water safety at hospitals. So it is important that it functions smoothly, information on the WSG can be found here. However some key concepts fro a WSG are: It should set the strategic direction for the site(s); it should determine the highest risk areas (normally augmented care); it should ensure an effective Water Safety Plan (WSP) is developed and it should oversee water safety on site(s).
